Face Care Tips for Cleansing

Welcome to the Face Care Tips blog! Let me ask you a question. Do you wear make up everyday like I do? Then, it’s important that you have a good regime of cleansing, toning and moisturizing your facial skin two times a day, or at least, every evening. Why is this important? Simple. It’s to keep your face – the only one that you’ve got – young and healthy looking.
One of the best face care tips you can have in your back pocket is establishing a good habit of cleansing everyday. It will not only keep you from getting premature wrinkles, but your skin will always be in the best possible condition. It will feel soft and firm. By cleansing regularly, you will look and feel like a million bucks.
Another important idea from face care tips for cleansing is to understand the benefits of regular cleansing. Cleaning your facial skin at least every night, will remove the day’s dirt, grime and makeup that accumulates on your skin and face throughout the day. Even touching your face with your hands puts dirt on it. The air we breathe and walk in every day is unfortunately, loaded with grime and toxins. This all builds up on your skin.
First thing to do is to pull your hair back off your face so that when you cleanse, you can get your facial skin cleaned all the way up to your hairline. Dirt really loves to dig in and stay put around  your hairline. You might not see the dirt, but trust me, it’s there.
Second, take off your eye makeup and mascara. You need to do this gently to avoid stretching the skin around your eyes. This is something I think we are all guilty of! I know I have been. The skin under and around your eyes is much more delicate than the rest of your facial skin. And stretching it or rubbing it too hard can cause damage (wrinkles).
You are going to get wrinkles regardless – so why make the process faster by not being careful when you cleanse around your eyes? Use a cotton ball or cotton pad soaked with your favorite eye makeup remover and gently wipe the mascara away.
Next, apply your favorite cleansing lotion over your whole face and gently massage it into your skin – especially the areas where you might have some blemishes or blackheads. Massaging helps to loosen the dirt and makeup, making removal from the pores much easier. It also helps to reduce any potential skin problems – like acne. Some cleansers also act as moisturizers.
Now that you have covered your face with the cleansing cream or lotion, you can gently remove it with a soft washcloth, cotton ball or pad or tissue.
Next, if you use toner, this would be the time to apply it – right after the face is freshly cleansed. And of course, follow up with your favorite night cream.
Just remember my favorite of all the face care tips you’ll get here -  that even though you are in the habit of cleansing your face at night, you should also cleanse it again in the mornings. This makes it possible for you to start with a fresh, clean face for you to put on makeup. Plus, your skin will love you for it. You’ll have fewer skin problems and a face that glows with health and radiance.
Daily skin & facial care makes us look more charming and beautiful. By following some easy tips, you can look younger and more beautiful without spending too much of extra time and money. Before beginning you skin care regime, consider your skin type, is it oily, normal, combination, dry, sensitive, or sun-damaged. After knowing your skin type. However, healthy skin is something that is from within; eating healthy food and avoiding stress can help you the most in this. The four basic steps of skin and facial care are

Cleansing

Start your skin care with cleansing. Get a cleanser that suits your skin type. Steer clear of soaps as they make your skin dry; cleansers on the other hand contain oil, surfactants and water. Cleanser helps to remove oil, dirt and makeup from your skin effectively. However, using cleanser too often can also be harmful; at times just washing your face at night is enough. In the morning, it's great to use a splash of lukewarm water to remove excess oils from your skin caused by nightly moisturizer.

Scrubbing

Scrubs are very useful for removing the top layer of dead skin cells that make your complexion dull. A gentle scrub with tiny grains is the best for all skin types, as big grains in cheap scrubs can tear your skin and can cause rather more harm than good. You can also use a half-teaspoon of sugar for scrubbing your face. Keep rubbing it until it melts away and then wipe off your face with a warm & wet cloth. Thrash of the flour can also be used for scrubbing. You can also find some good scrubs in the market.

Moisturizing

Moisturizer is a must for everyone, no matter which skin type you have. Even oily skin will benefit from moisturizers. Only the skin with acne should avoid it. Your skin will tell you that how much moisturizer is needed. If your skin is tight, it means that it needs moisture, but do not over moisturize your skin as it can cause clogged pores. You can go for any of the good quality moisturizers available in the market, but make sure that you read the information written on it as for which skin type it may be used. Olive oil can also be used to give your face required moisture, but it can only be used in winters.

Use Sun-Screen

The skin care you're doing can go waste if you don't have the habit of using sun-screen lotion. Skin care is not only about doing cleansing, scrubbing and moisturizing, but it's also about maintaining. Apply sun-screen lotion daily on exposed parts of the body on daily basis to avoid tanning and other skin-related problems.
